VERA Files’ Jonathan De Santos reported last week that two former employees of the Commission on Human Rights filed a complaint with the Ombudsman against Commissioners Cecilia Rachel “Coco” Quisumbing and Norberto Dela Cruz for violating the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act and the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees.
Quisumbing is also accused of bribery.

Una yung kahindik-hindik na video ng turture sa isang hinahalaang holdupper sa Asuncion precinct station sa Tondo, Manila.
Ang pangalawa naman ay ang pagwawala ni Commissioner Coco Quisumbing ng Commission on Human Rights sa media.
Makikita sa video ang isang payat na lalaki ang namimilipit sa sakit na nasa sementong sahig. Tinalian ng kanyang mga torturer ang kanyang ari at tuwing may tinatanong at hindi nagugustuhan ang sagot, hinilia ang tali kaya namimilipit sa sakit.

Human Rights Commissioner Cecilia Quisumbing yesterday scolded a radio reporter for refusing to go into the bathroom with her, the only place, she said, where she could grant him the interview he had requested.
DzMM reporter Dennis Datu became the target of Quisumbing’s wrath when he did not comply with her instruction to go inside the bathroom so she could update him on the torture case the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) was investigating.
