Kaya ayaw niyang pumasok sa America ngayon at baka ma-interview ng FBI.
Ang money laundering o paglalaba ng pera ay yung paglipat ng perang ninakaw o nakuha sa ilegal na paraan magiging legal.
Usap-usapan na nang sinimulan ng mga imbestigador ng Amerika ang imbestigasyon sa nabangkarote na Lehman Brothers, marami silang nakakaduda na ccounts. At ang isa nga doon daw ay natukoy kay Mike Arroyo.
Ang impormasyon na nakakalat ay malaki ang nawala sa mga Arroyo sa pagbagsak ng Lehman Brothers. Bilyun-bilyun daw.

Ang sunod na press release ng Malacañang, diarrhea lang naman daw ang nangyari kaya kinabukasan, umuwi na si Mike Arroyo sa Manila.

LAS VEGAS – Luis “Chavit” Singson, the big-time supporter of Manny Pacquiao, must have felt so embarrassed.
But he tried not to show it.
In Wednesday’s press conference at the packed Hollywood Theater of the MGM Grand, the former governor of Ilocos Sur sat at the presidential table but was wrongfully introduced by Top Rank big boss Bob Arum.
Lance Pugmire of the Los Angeles Times wrote that Arum “absolutely butchered the introduction of a Filipino dignitary” but added that “Arum’s linguistic battle was so hilarious, I was crying, as were other reporters at my table.”
Here’s what happened.
Arum was doing the roll-call of those seated beside Pacquiao, from trainer Freddie Roach to lawyer Franklin Gacal and matchmaker Wakee Salud when he missed the name of Singson, a very powerful man back home.
Arum gently walked to his left and leaned toward Pacquiao asking for the name of the former governor who can’t be missed with his bright orange long-sleeved shirt.
Arum returned to the microphone and said, “We also have sitting next to Wakee a very famous personage from the Philippines… Governor Takasan… Taka-Jingson… whatever.”
And there was laughter.
Lagot si Bob Arum kay Gov. Takasan este, Taka-Jingson pala.. ay whatever nalang. 😀

LAS VEGAS–There was some few tense moments here yesterday at the final press conference of the De la Hoya-Pacquiao fight after co-promoter Bob Arum mispronounced the name of Ilocos Sur ex-governor Chavit Singson.
Arum, apparently unaware why Singson joined the presidential table of the press conference when his name was not part of the list, had to approach Pacquiao for the name of the guy who was seated beside promoter Rex ‘Wakee’ Salud and Nevada Athletic Commission chairma Keith Kizer on the presidential table.
When Arum went back to the podium, he announced “He is a very popular personage from the Philippines. He is Mr. Takison, whatever.”
At the media room following the press conference, Arum told a group of mediamen that Singson was not originally in the line-up of people who would join the presidential table.
“He (Singson) should not have been there. Manny’s brother should have been on that seat,” Arum told the media, referring to Pacquiao’s younger Rogel.
The incident only highlighted the growing consensus of some media people that Team Pacquiao is a bloated mixture of personalities made up of different agenda.
Unfortunately, Singson was caught in the crossfire, and whoever put him in that presidential table in lieu of Rogel Pacquiao definitely has some agenda to perpetuate.
In contrast, Team De la Hoya looked every bit lean and mean, each member having a clear set of job description assigned to him.
If it’s true that FG is “wanted” by the feds. I was wondering where he would be going after the wife steps (forced) down from office? Surely they can’t stay here since they’re gonna get jailed for sure. 🙂
Once a firm file bankruptcy, the investigation may all be about liquidation or financial re-structuring. If Arroyo had invested 1 billion dollars initially for example, he will not get the original value. The liquidation would be like a bargain sale. He had lost that money. Nawala na. Natalo siya. That’s all there is to it.
To make things sentational, we can assume that it was people’s money but the sad reality, the money is gone. Before Arroyo can move that big amount of money from Philipines to the US and vice versa, that kind of transaction requires a facilitator/ an agent/ or a broker and even a lawyer.
True, but if it’s laundered money, the US authorities are obliged to investigate it.
Whether the money is still intact or gone is besides the point. What the authorities (if reports are true) is investigating is dirty money finding it’s way to Lehman Brothers.

If I got my info correctly, the investement of FG was through DBP’s Rey David. Rey David was in hot water now because of the FG investment with Lehman Bros. However, the fall guy for this will be Jimmy Panganiban. Only because Rey David knows too much–hehheehhhh as in Vivienne Yuhengco.

WASHINGTON – The Supreme Court has turned down an emergency appeal from a New Jersey man who says President-elect Barack Obama is ineligible to be president because he was a British subject at birth. The court did not comment on its order Monday rejecting the call by Leo Donofrio of East Brunswick, N.J., to intervene in the presidential election.
Donofrio says that since Obama had dual nationality at birth — his mother was American and his Kenyan father at the time was a British subject — he cannot possibly be a “natural born citizen,” one of the requirements the Constitution lists for eligibility to be president.
Donofrio also contends that two other candidates, Republican John McCain and Socialist Workers candidate Roger Calero, also are not natural-born citizens and thus ineligible to be president.
At least one other appeal over Obama’s citizenship remains at the court. Philip J. Berg of Lafayette Hill, Pa., argues that Obama was born in Kenya, not Hawaii as Obama says and Hawaii officials have confirmed.
After Pacquiao’s victory against Dela Hoya, one can’t hide the excitement and pride of being a Filipino. The only problem with Manny is that he lets himself be used by crooked politicians led by the killer and pinaka berdugo, Sabit Singson, who it seems has nothing to do in life but become a siga and Pacman’s bodyguard.
