Ito ang nasabi ng abogadong si Harry Roque nang malaman niya na ibinasura ng Ombudsman ang kasong isinampa ni Marlene Esperat laban kina Agriculture Sec. Arthur Yap, dating Agriculture undersecretary Jocelyn “Joc-Joc” Bolante, sa salang ilegal na paggamit ng pondo ng bayan.
Ito ang kasong kaugnay sa P728 milyon para sa abono ng mahihirap na magsasaka na ginamit para pambili ng boto para kay Gloria Arroyo noong eleksyon ng 2004.
Ang resolusyon ay inaprubahan ni Overall Deputy Ombudsman Orlando Casimiro at Assistant Ombudsman Jose de Jesus Jr base sa rekomendasyon ni Director Elvira Chua ng Preliminary Investigation, Administrative Adjudication and Monitoring Bureau ng Ombudsman.
Siyempre lahat yun aprubado ni Ombudsman Merceditas Gutierrez na kaklase at matalik na kaibigan ni Mike Arroyo.
Ngitngit sa galit si Harry Roque, na siya talagang sumunod sa kaso ni Bolante mula pa noong hanggang sa pagka-kulong sa Amerika, hanggang sa pagbalik dito sa Pilipinas.
Sabi pa ni Roque,”Dapat i-eksplika ni Merceditas Gutierrez ito sa mga anak ni Marlene Esperat, na saksi sa kahindik-hindik na pagpatay sa kanilang ina.”
Si Esperat ay reporter na unang nagsiwalat ng anomalya tungkol sa paggamit ng pera para sa mga magsasaka sa kampanya ni Gloria Arroyo noong 2004 na eleksyon. Pinatay si Esperat ng isang hired killer sa loob ng kanyang bahay Tacurong City sa Sultan Kudarat sa harap ng kanyang 10 taong gulang na anak noong Marso 24, 2005.
Tatlong suspek ang nasentensyahan ng habambuhay na pagkakulong ngunit hindi naman nahuhuli.Hindi rin umabot sa mastermind ang sentensya.
Sana man lamang, kung mapanagutan ng utak ng fertilizer scam at ng kanyang mga galamay ang fertilizer scam, magkaakroon ng kabuluhan ang pagkamatay ni Marlene. Ang ginagawa naman ng Ombudsman at lalong binabastos ang pagkamatay ni marlene.
“Kahiya-hiya itong si Merceditas Gutierrez hindi lamang sa kanyang opisina kungdi sa buong bayan,” sabi ni Roque.
Nagbabala si Roque na ang pagbasura ng Ombudsman sa isinampa ni Esperat ay nagpapakita ng kahihinatnan ng apat pang kaso tungkol sa ilegal na paggamit ng pera na para sa magsasaka. Nagsampa rin kasi ng kaso ang abogadong si Frank Chavez, ang Kilusan ng Magsasaka ng Pilipinas, Be Not Afraid at ang Senado.
Ang ginawa ng Ombudsman, na kitang-kita namang sunud-sunuran lamang sa Malacañang, ay nagpapakita kung gaano ka-desperado na si Arroyo sa pagtatago ng kanyang mga ginawang krimen. Wala nang paswabe swabe pa. Garapalan na.
Ibig sabihin noon, ang tantiya nila ay kahit bastusin nila ang batas, hindi gagalaw ang taumbayan laban sa kanila. Tama kaya ang tantiya nila?
Karumaldumal lalo na kung iisipin mo na ang mga mastermind ng kasong pagpatay kay Esperat ay mga kristyano na alam na alam na bawal ito. Hindi komo hindi sila ang diretsong pumatay kay Esperat at pinatawad sila ng korteng pinamumunuan ngayon ng mga kaalibat ni Gloria Dorobo ay ligtas na sila.
Nakakasuka halimbawa iyong ipinapakita pa kunong masyadong manang si Gloria Dorobo na binibigyan ng ostiya ng mga katoliko. Yuck! Ang kapaaaaal! Bakit akala ba niya ligtas siya sa paghuhusga ng Panginoon sa kasalanang akala niya ay hindi niya pananagutan?

Sa Hapon nga na hindi naman mga kristyano ang karamihan sa mga mamamayan at hindi madalas sumamba ay bitay ang pinakamabigat na parusa kung makapatay.
Ang sabi ko nga doon sa mga kasong pagpatay na napupunta sa akin bilang isang tagapagsalin sa pulis at korte, mabuti pang pagsisihan na nila at tanggapin ang parusa sa mga kasalanan nila kesa makamatayan nila ang kasalanan nila at sa Huling Pagtitikom nila matanggap ang parusang walang hanggan.
Kaya kung ako si Bolante, magsisi na siya sa kasalanan niya ngayon at ibulgar na niya ang mga ulupong na kasama at amo niya sa kasalanang ito na naging buwis ng buhay ng maraming mga kahabag-habag na mga kababayan niya kasama na iyong ipinapatay nilang si Esperat.

OTTAWA – A CBC journalist who was kidnapped on October 12 in Afghanistan was released today and is now safe at the Canadian embassy in Kabul, the CBC said this afternoon.
Mellissa Fung and her driver were stopped while interviewing people at a displaced persons camp west of Kabul last month. The driver was beaten, and Fung kidnapped, prompting an all-out effort at finding her kidnappers and securing her release. Details of how she came to be set free were not immediately available.
Prime Minister Stephen Harper was made aware of the kidnapping, which occurred two days before last month’s election, almost immediately but honoured requests by the CBC, on the advice of security experts, that any attention or media coverage of such kidnappings escalates the incident, and often leads to dire results.
Note:this kidnapping was not known to the Public or didn’t even solicit question from any member of the public (may have been, but were not published or broadcast) as miss Fung, (check her undated picture in the link above) is quite a very popular reporter for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.

The sad part in the Philippines is no public servant is neither aware of the value of our hard won independence or the working of democracy.

Harry Roque said concerned citizens will file ethics complaint against Dr. Romeo Saavedra with the Philippine College of Physicians suppressing the truth about the real medical condition of Bolante.
The report is he refused to order the discharge of Bolante even if after more than a week of all kinds of tests, they found nothing serious about his health condition.
Get over it. The grand OLD party is done. No one will want to be seen with Bush or Gloria let alone be endorsed by them. What America wants they get. I hope they want change for our country too.
