Kung sabagay, napag-aralan na yan na kapag mahirap ang buhay, malakas ang telenobela. Siguro naghahanap ang mga tao ng dibersyun para pampagaan ng kalooban.
Entertainment ang tingin ng taumbayan sa istorya ni Kris at James at Chiz at Heart. Kaya hindi ko alam kung maiiyak o matutuwa sa nangyayari na ito sa atin.
Basta eskandalo sa buhay ni Kris Aquino, bentang-benta yan. Ang pinakahuli ay ang paghingi ni Kris sa korte na hindi papalapitin ang kanyang asawang si James Yap sa kanilang anak na si Bimby, Siyempre, inaprubahan ng korte. Kayo na ang magiging kapatid ng presidente.
Matagal nang hiwalay si Kris at si James. Sinabi ni Kris sa kanyang petisyun na noong Disyembre, tinangka daw siyang akitin at halikan ni James nang bumisita ito sa kanilang anak.

Defend din kaagad kay Kris itong kanyang pinsan na si Bam Aquino na tumatakbong senador. Ganun din ang isa pang senatoriable na si Risa Hontiveros. Ganun bay an sila kapag nakaupo na sa senado? Kampi kaagad sa malapit sa kanila? Kawawa nga talaga ang Pilipino na hindi nila kaalyado.

Of course this is expected if there was neither arrangement between couples (amicable) or court imposed if there is a Divorce law, during the dissolution of the Union…(well if the couple wanted each other again, they can always remarry)…in this case even settlement of assets is in ongoing basis and the most contentious is the custody and the responsibilities and alimonies for the children and the arrangement for Custody sharing. If there is a Divorce Law, many such separations and dissolutions can be settled Amicably between spouses to avoid the pains and traumatic experience to the children that will be involved in the custody battles. And many Children would not even felt that their parents are divorced, I have a town mate that divorced her “white’ husband and they both decided to live in a condos in the same building to give their two beautiful daughters easy access to both of them.. Ex husband is re married now, and the Filipino mom is busy dating other boyfriends and the daughters are all grown up with both parents able to see their daughters grow up…another townmate, her ex drove her and their 4 year old daughter to the airport yesterday where his ex wife will be husband hunting..in the Phl…he too is a “white” the divorced was also Amicable some two years ago..they shared custody of their very lovely daughter and both family do not even felt the parents were divorced…Everyone is present everytime we get together for the child’s Party, whatever the occasion…Birthdays, Christmas…not too sure if the parents sometimes sneak and cheat out their divorce…well it is their business…as PET said, it is NOBODY`S BUSINESS, in anyone`s bedrooms…or something like this…`the Government has no business in the Bedrooms of the Nation“

Marriage annulment in our country needs to meet certain criteria such as homosexuality , fraud, or mental competence, as well as being married a minor under 18 yrs ( voided marriages), incurable sexually transmitted disease….Have they met those criteria or is it privilege extended them?

The way I see it the dissolution of Kris an James Marriage was a Divorce not an Annulment as the Annullment law intended but there is no Divorce law in the Phl. And us Usual , that makes the Phl legal system tilts to the side of those who can afford to pay the pipers. Now for example pick any couple that makes a fraction compares, do not make the news with the same Marital problems., can they have their Marriage annulled just as quick and can afford to DO It?? Can the wife have the same Protection as what afforded Kris as she allegedly Claimed? These and more is possible in a well meaning Divorce Law. But if you are Escudero, Koko Pimnentil, Legarda, and even old man Enrile would you even entertain the though of divorce Law if you can do without while most of your country folks with troubled marriages can not? Keep the privilege for the rich and the powerful. Equality is for the Birds. To them.
