The Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Thursday approved the candidacies of environmentalist Nicanor Perlas and detained former Army general Danilo Lim, reversing an earlier decision excluding the two from the official list of candidates in the May 10 national elections.
Through Resolution 8743, the Comelec en banc announced that presidential aspirant Perlas and Liberal Party senatorial bet Lim have been included in the final list of candidates for the elections.
Perlas’ entry in the presidential rase raises the number of candidates vying for the highest electoral post in May to nine.
Other presidential candidates who were earlier deemed qualified by the Comelec are Senator Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III (Liberal Party), John Carlos “JC” Delos Reyes (Ang Kapatiran), Joseph M. Ejercito Estrada (Puwersa ng Masang Pilipino – UNO), Sen. Richard J. Gordon (Bagumbayan), Sen. Maria Ana Consuelo “Jamby” A.S. Madrigal (independent), Gilberto C. Teodoro Jr.(Lakas-Kampi-CMD), Eddie C. Villanueva (Bangon Pilipinas), and Sen. Manuel B. Villar Jr. (Nacionalista Party).
Lim, meanwhile, adds to the list of 58 senatorial candidates for this year’s polls. He is currently detained at the PNP Custodial Center in Camp Crame facing rebellion charges before a civilian court and mutiny charges before a military tribunal.
Both Perlas and Lim were earlier disqualified by the Comelec from running in the upcoming polls due to their alleged inability to launch nationwide campaigns. – RSJ, GMANews.TV

How could Lim take away votes from Noynoy e senatorial ang laban niya, while Noy2 is a presidential candidate? As to Perlas, he can take away votes from all presidential candidates, even from C-5-Taga Villar.

Villar (openly) and Gibo (silently) are maintaining an organized anti-Noynoy assault across all media platforms, the latest ones in the net fora, blogs and all social networking sites. It is not surprising that you will read verbose arguments word-for-word in Ellen’s blog as they were written in many Facebook/Multiply/MySpace entries. The sad part is that Noynoy’s followers cannot distinguish which comments come from constructive critics and which come from paid hacks.

I think TB is telling us a story about a possible repeat of special forces that carted away the ballot boxes from the reclamation or their contents once upon a time.
About Perlas, “no chance” is all i could say, especially after his showing at “Harapan” at UST.

Gen.Lim may have a chance to be elected a senator.
Noynoy is definitely the winner in an honest May 10,2010 election, villar is trying to catch up, but all his TV and radio ads,can not cover up the dirt of his C5 scam, double insertion scam, Capitol bank bankruptcy,etc and most of all, the truth that villar is the real candidate of gma, villar will suffer the KISS OF DEATH !
