So far, okay naman ang line up. Around 50% lang ang possibleng manalo.

  2. Oblak Oblak

    *** None of the above.

  4. Mike Mike

I might vote for these three people, #2, #3 and #9.

  5. Destroyer, please don’t capitalize comments.Tingnan mo, I edited your comments.

  8. vic vic

As a Party, the Liberals should start publishing or circulate to the voters their Party “constitution”, founding principles and ideologies, and their programs of Government and it must be in-Line with Liberal (democrats) ideologies..and so the candidates running under its banner should know what they are running for in common, not as individual (“to each his own”), but to run on a common ground. It’s the only way to put back the Strong Party system of government and maybe the reforms everyone been expecting.

Sen. Lacson did his part by exposing anomalies and corruption in government, i don’t think its all kasalanan of Sen. Lacson if walang nangyayari sa kaso. To all that Sen. Lacson expose’ about the Presidents wrongdoing is your Congressman do anything? If nothing, in your part did you do anything? In fact we should thank Sen. Lacson, bakit ba madami galit kay GMA, its because of the corruption issues na ibinulgar ni Sen. Lacson.

With regards to the topic, isn’t that Riza Hontiveros advocacies is for the manggagawa and magsasaka, i tot this leftist group is not for traditional politics

    NBN-ZTE:

    Fertilizer Scam:
“The irregularities discovered by COA on how Malacañang and the agriculture department conducted the program are just a preview of more anomalies and fund scams waiting to be discovered by the Filipino public.

    Hello Garci:
Samuel Ong who is a former deputy director of the country’s National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) claimed to have audio tapes of wiretapped conversations between President Arroyo and an official of the Commission on Elections. Also, Brig. Gen. Francisco Gudani, one of four generals mentioned in the wiretapped “Hello Garci” conversations.

    World Bank:
Senator Panfilo Lacson first implicated Arroyo in the scandal, citing information from one of the her husband’s alleged appointment books that showed he met with EC de Luna Construction’s owner over 20 times in 2002.

    Pidal Bank Account:
Lacson struck again in August 2003, this time saying that Mike Arroyo had amassed more than P200 million from contributions to his wife’s vice presidential campaign in 1998 and had deposited the money in secret bank accounts, one of which was under the name Jose Pidal.

Re: Nereus Acosta – He has a TV infomercial. He may be competent, with good advocacy and intelligent but it will be difficult for him to break into the magic senatorial circle. He might be the Solita Mondsod or Yorac for 2010. Sayang.

Re: lawmakers who make expose in the senate. This has always been my stand. After making the expose, why don’t they file the necessary actions before the proper judicial bodies? The Ombudsman may dismiss the charges but they cannot just ignore the legal avenue if they want the proper redress or remedy. That is whey every time there is an expose in the Senate, I could only think of one thing: Grandstanding.

  15. Destroyer Destroyer

  16. Al Al

Pambihira naman. Kasalanan pa ngayon ni Ping Lacson dahil he exposed anomalies and the involvement of Mike Arroyo in nbn/zte,fertilizer scam. world bank public works projects.

How can one say that nothing came out of it?Did you know about those anomalies if Lacson, other senators, the whistleblowers and the journalists didn’t work, gather evidence so that the public would be informed about how Gloria and Mike Arroyo and their associates are stealing from the people?

Stopping anomalies and punishing the violators should be the convern of egvferybody and not just one person.

Lacson has done his part. Others (as in other members of the Senate) the law enforcers, members of the judiciary, the Ombudsman should do their duty.

  17. Destroyer Destroyer

  18. Al Al

Oblak:After making the expose, why don’t they file the necessary actions before the proper judicial bodies?

oblak, there are already charges filed against Gloria Arroyo, Mike Arroyo and others before the Ombudsman. Lawyers Harry Roque and Ernesto Francisco have picked up from what the Senate and media have exposed. Talagang inuupuan lang sa Ombudsman.

That’s why Ombudsman Gutierrez should be impeached. Hopefully under a new president, that would succeed.

  19. chi chi

    ___

Oblak, hindi mo na nababalita? Ang laking headline sa Inquirer…Recto, Santos
    join Liberal Party www. inquirer.net

(UPDATE) Batangas Governor Vilma Santos-Recto and former Senator Ralph Recto are joining the Liberal Party (LP) and support the team-up of Senators Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III and Manuel “Mar” Roxas II in the 2010 elections.

  20. chi chi

    Si Recto…VAT!

    Si Drilon…never mind!

  21. chi chi

  22. Oblak Oblak

Madam Chi, kanina pang tanghali dito kasi yung first 2 posts ko, kaya kagulat gulat pa.

  23. MPRivera MPRivera

Pambihira naman, oo. Madali lang naman ‘yan, eh.

Eto listahan ko para sa pagka-senador:

    1. Ralph Recto
    2. Franklin Drilon
    3. John Osmena
    4. Bong Revilla
    5. Lito Lapid

Galit ka dahil he exposed Erap.

    Naintindihan kita, Oblak.

  25. Oblak Oblak

Si Destoyer yun in reply to Jpax.

Ang binotong kong Presidente ay si Cory in 1986, Salonga 1992, Roco in 1998 and 2004.

  26. chi chi

Loud and clear, Oblak. Una kami dito.

Hihimayin ko ang mga senatoriables. Pakopya, MPR.

He can’t engage in any partisan politics activity while he is still in service. Baka madoble kulong siya.

  29. Oblak Oblak

    No problemo, amigo.

  30. Ruffy Biazon — great candidate to get votes from the LGBT sector. Whooopeeee-dooo!!!

  31. parasabayan parasabayan

It is a tough campaign for the new comers in the senatorial slate. The name recall is always better for the old known candidates. Whether these candidates, those chosen by Magno are just for flushing in the toilet, chances are, the “blind” voters pick them anyway.

I was at the grocery store today and had conversations with another Pinoy.

God will help you if you help yourself and so or that matter, you folks must help Lacson bust the corruption syndicate in this god-forsaken country!

  33. God will help you if you help yourself and so, for that matter, you folks must help Lacson bust the corruption syndicate in this god-forsaken country instead of “dakdak”!

  34. Destroyer Destroyer

There are/were too many exposes’ by thieves hurled at thieves, that’s the bottom line. How many are/were in prison up to this point, I’d like to know to give me a personal satisfaction, my guess is nil. My Baguio tongressman is like those of the majority of kurakots, just ask Tongue Twisted. Gustong ihulog ni TT sa Kennon Road daw, and I’ll help him out to make sure na mataas yung bangin.

Cordillera and the Ilocos Regions loved Lacson; but he blew his chances several years back for being so selfish and that cavalier swagger in him. Too late the hero.

I have a question for you: would you turn over one of your siblings knowing one of them is a criminal? Been asking this question in several blogs, never got a response from anyone – maybe you can.

    Liberal Party’s senatorial candidates:

Pwedeng isingit si Rissa, wala pang isyu that I found myself disagreeing with her so far.
