Kayo ba ay naniniwala na talagang tatakbo si Gloria Arroyo bilang kongresista ng Pampanga sa 2010 eleksyon?
Malakas ang kutob ko na isa na namang pakulo niya ito at meron talaga siyang ibang maitim na balak. Suspetsa ko diversionary tactic lang ito.
Nakakapagtaka kasi sila mismo ang nagpapalutang. Si Arroyo mismo. Sinabi nya sa kanyang talumpati, “anong malay nyo, baka tumakbo akong kongresista sa Pampanga.” Ito ay sinundan ng mga pahayag ng kanyang deputy spokesperson na si Lorelei Fajardo na wala namang batas na nagbabawal na tumakbong kongresista.
Ang pinakahuli nilang drama ay ang ikinuwento ni Agrarian Reform Secretary Nasser Pangandaman sa mga reporter sa Cotabato City na sinabi raw ni Arroyo sa kanila sa miting ng Legislative-Executive Development Council ang kanyang planong pagtakbo bilang kongresista ng Pampanga.
Nang inilabas ng Inquirer, deny ang Malacañang. Walang sinabi raw si Arroyo sa miting. Atras din si Pangandaman. Ginawa pa yang iresponsable at sinungaling ang reporter. Ang kanyang plano raw na tumakbo sa pagka-kongresista ang sinabi niya sa mga reporter. Ha? Tatakbo siya (Pangandaman) na kongresista ng Pampanga?
Pasensiya na sa mga nagsasabi na sobra naman daw ang aking pagkamuhi kay Arroyo. Hindi ko makalimuntan ang kanyang sinabi sa harap ng puntod ni Jose Rizal noong Dec. 2002 na hindi siya tatakbo sa pagka-presidente sa 2004.
Naniwala at naging kampamte ang marami. Ang hindi natin alam, ginagapang na niya pala ang pagkukunan ng pera ng taumbayan na gagastusin niya sa 2004 eleksyon katulad ng pera ng para sa abono ng magsasaka na naging fertilizer scam at road users tax. Doon din niya kinuha si Comelec Commissioner Virgilio Garcillano.
Di ba sa “kasalan” ng Lakas at Kampi, sinabi niya na ang pagkakaisa daw ng dalawang partido ng mga maka-administrasyon na pulitiko ay patunay na may eleksyon sa Hunyo 2010. Pagkatapos niya sabihin yun, umakyat sa presidential suite ng Manila Hotel, ipinatawag ang mga kongresista at inutusang itulak ang HR1109 o Con-Ass. Siyempre may bonus ang mga masunurin- P20 milyon.
Lumalabas ngayon na kaya pinilit niya ang pag-iisa ng Lakas at Kampi ay dahil kung Kampi lang, na siyang sumusulong ng HR 1109 ni Camarines Sur Re. Luis Villafuerte, kulang ang kanilang numero. Kaya para talaga sa Con-Ass ang Lakas-Kampi merger.
Ang HR 1109 ay nagsusulong ng Constituent Assembly kahit wala ang Senado para ma-amyendahan ang Constitution. Gusto ni Arroyo amyendahan ang Constitution para maging parliamentary system at magiging prime minister siya o kung patuloy ang presidential system, ma-aalis ang term limits ay siya ay pwedend president habambuhay.
May suspetsa akong mas malaking operasyon ang niluluto nina Arroyo. Mag-ingat tayo sa emergency rule o martial law.
Hindi ako naniniwala na tatakbong congresista si Gloria Arroyo. Ang pathological liar na Gloria ay mananatiling sinungaling hanggang mamatay.
Ang tingin ko rin ay diversionary tactic lang yan. Ang tunay na motibo ay kung paano nila aahasin ang “forever Gloria” na kung hindi na aabot ang kanyang Con-Ass na magdadala sa kanya bilang PM or president for life ay magdeklara ng failure of elections at kung magkagulo ay yari na ang emergency rule.
Ganyan katuso si Gloria Arroyo para protektahan ang sarili at pamilya sa ngitngit na tao!
Niluluto ni Glorya ay luto na …. ayos na … kita nila sa Smartmatic. Yeheyyyyyy ang galing talaga nilang mag-asawa. Pagdating sa kuwalta laway na laway sila.
Bakit naman magdedeclare ng Martial Law … wala namang gulo.
Pipilitin ni Gloria na mangyari bago mag-eleksyon ang Con-Ass. As I said in my previous comments, kung may bagong presidente na ay mahihirapan siya dahil hindi napakatanga ang halal na presidente, kahit si Noli o Gibo pa, na ipamigay o ibalik na lang basta sa kanya ang kapangyarihan. Ano hilo?!
Paano siya tatakbo na congresista samantalang hindi siya tanga para hindi malaman na walang kasiguraduhan na mapapasakanya ang minimithi niyang posisyon? E sigurista ang unanang yan. Ano, iba-bribe niya ang mga hinayupaks ng kanyang nakorap na yaman? Wala na sa kanya, bilang congresista, ang kapangyarihan na ‘magwaldas’ ng pera ng bayan…nasa bagong presidente na yun. Wala na s’yang power by then.
Ang lahat ng pinapakulo ni Gloria at alipores ay kasama sa zarzuela na ang pinupuntos ay ‘forever Gloria’!
Ang priority natin ngayon ay wala nang iba kundi maging palaging handa at kilos kaagad laban sa mga pakulo ng mga putang ito kundi man natin siya maunahan sa gimikan. Kaya natin ito!

Gloria has deliberately been spreading all kinds of scenarios and options regarding her possible stay in power.
This is the “confuse the enemy” strategy. She is sending the opposition into wild goose chases to dissipate their attention and resources. Wily, indeed. In her camp are some of the wiliest political operators… Puno, Claudio, Ermita, Villafuerte, etc.

De Castro, former vice president for current affairs at ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corp., is married to Arlene de Castro. He has a monthly salary of P46,200.
Assets and liabilities
R.A. 6713 (Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees) requires all government officials and employees to disclose, under oath, their assets, liabilities and net worth and their business interests, their financial connections and their relatives, if any, in government service.
If his 2001 and 2002 SALs are correct, de Castro was almost left with nothing after the 2001 election. His 2001 and 2002 SALs show that he must be as poor as or even poorer than the citizens from the lowest-income brackets who were among the 16 million Filipinos who voted him senator.
He declared total assets worth P29,843,960 in 2001. His total liabilities amounted to P5,960,750, leaving him a net worth of P23,843,960. He declared having spent more than P32.4 million to get elected to a Senate seat and received P3,932,066.60 in campaign contributions.
His subsequent SAL for 2002 shows that his wealth has not increased, but his liabilities have by about P2 million. Maybe, this is because some of the unpaid election expenses have become formal IOUs de Castro was forced to sign. He became P2 million poorer in 2002. His net worth as revealed in his 2002 SAL, dropped to only P21,861,463. I just noticed that most journalists have influenced the Filipinos to mistrust the government. That is not healthy. The act of bringing up such a suspicion is misguided. We don’t want to be saying one thing and told that we don’t mean it, right? Let us not do unto others what we don’t want others to do unto us. That is a golden rule. All that suspicious and paranoid Filipinos are doing is being political seers and fortune telling. Journalism is not about suspicions.
Since we are in doubt of everything, I am praying earnestly that the next regime and president won’t suffer the same fate as, I cite here, every president we ever had after Marcos has suffered the same. Filipinos should respect the produce of democracy. Who we vote for is bound to come up as the winner. Let us support this person, be responsible citizens and God will do the rest. Being responsible means not being suspicious all the time but trusting, not patronizing pirated DVDS but patronizing Filipino products, not throwing trash in the streets but using trash bins, not paying bribes but having our papers processed the right way, etc.

Ka Phil, hindi ko alam kung magagalit ako sa iyo o hindi. Pero it doesn’t make any difference. Ngayon ka lang ba nakapag-basa ng diyaryo ? Naitatanong ko ito kasi ngayon mo lang napuna ang influence ng media journalists sa masa. And for your info, pare ko, journalists call it as they see it. Whether you believe them or not is up to you. And whether they had influenced you or not, it is still up to you. Sabi nga ni Joey de Leon, “malaki ka na…..alam mo na ang ginagawa mo”. How you react to a report is entirely up to you depending on how deep or shallow your own points of view are. I share the same sentiments with gapoboy. But I will still give you the benefit of the doubt that you are not pro-gloria. But then again, even if you do, who cares ?
Apparently referring to gloria, what exactly do you mean by “suffer the same fate” ? Gloria and the next would-be president will suffer the same fate ? How ? Correct me if I am wrong but, isn’t it the whole Filipino people who are the ones suffering THIS fate ? And should the successor to gloria prove to be the same pig but different collar, (assuming she will keep her word to step down, which I, for one, doubt) I would say that the people will definitely suffer the same fate they are suffering from now, if not worse. Not the other way around. You put it as if si gloria pa ang nade-dehado.
