Brig.Gen. Danny Lim was allowed a pass to attend his only child’s 18th birthday Saturday, Feb. 28, 2009 at Filinvest 2, Quezon City.

I once I asked if Gen. Danny Lim’s a Tsinoy. The video shows her daughter in an elementary school uniform with the background written in Chinese which I assume she attended a Chinese school. Anyway, the video was very emotional and touching. I shed a tear while watching it. Such a beautiful only daughter of our hero, Gen. Danny Lim. Aika, it won’t be long your dad would be in your arms again. Believe me. That day shall come very soon.
Happy 18th birthday, Aika. You are truly blessed, not every child has a BGen. Danny Lim for a daddy.
Priceless moment! Brought tears to my eyes. Yes, Gen Lim is not just doing what he does for Aika but is doing it for all the other Aika’s out there! Very powerful, indeed!

Just came home from a celebration of my Goddaughter 18th birthday, a Big and Sumptous party, but when the celebrant reminded us all that besides all the blessings and the success of the affair, she would have been complete with the presence of her DAD..he passed away in his sleep 6 years ago without even knowing he had some health issues and still at a very young age. Luckily he had taken the pre-needs of his two daughters, insured his life and mortgage and left a secure financial foundations for his two daughter..
To Aika, Happy Birthday, your Dad may not be a Free Man, but at least He is around and someday He will be coming Home to Protect you and hug you, and I can only shed tears for my Goddaughter….
There are more and more people especially men who die in their sleep. Until this day, this kind of death remains a mystery.
I have at least two close friends who died in their sleep and one relative who was very young and healthy. The late actor Rico Yan suffered the same fate. Why? Will there ever be an explanation to this?

I understand Aiko is a female Japanese name. If that is so, then Aika refers to a male in Japanese. I’m not making fun of it…just curious ’cause I’ve never heard of the name Aika.

Nagtatanong lang po ako … di ba etong si Gen. Lim nasama sa coup nila Honasan noong si Cory pa ang Pangulo. Bakit sa anong isyu???? Ano ba ang gusto nila noon???? Palagay ko naman kagaguhan ang mag-coup noong si Cory pa ang Pangulo. Kaya alaws akong elib dito kay Lim.
