What do you expect from an executive branch of government of idiots who know nothing better than to engage in monkey business?

Court of Appeals & Supreme Court justices? A big joke!

I bet they are naming their own price!

Why should CA signed a covenant? As Justices and government employees, they are obligated to maintain high ethical standards and serve the people. A covenant is just to confirm their incompetence and guilt.

Never talk and Never go with the stranger.

The fact is we already saw it coming. What do we expect anyway from the courts that according to Winston Garcia are the most corrupt at any point in time? That’s the same court of appeals that handed the decision and referred to by Garcia as the dirtiest court.

These justices are not that dumb or idiots or can pretend to be so but can not decide on the true merit of the case because they fear the ire of the evil queen and her partner in crime. What kind of justice then one can expect from these so called justices who wear robes but has no balls and guts to decide on what is right or wrong and only sits there to serve the interest of the few in exchange of some kind, never mind if truth are covered up with lies. It’s really sad and hard to accept but that is the reality. That is the Lutong Macao system of implementing justice.

There is a term for that kind of decision. The decision may be wrong for it contradicted laws and moral tenets and even the constitution otherwise chaos will ensue. That happened with Estrada. Now with Lozada.

The CA is hopeless. That covenant they signed is a publicity gimmick. It is nothing but hot air that stinks. The very few good justices in the CA also stinks, signing a covenant that says they will keep quite and not point fingers at heir co-justices doing evil makes them evil too. No need to demonize them, they are evil personified already. This corruption virus spreading in government is really virulent. The supreme court, court of appeals, RTCs, congress, senate, AFP, PNP, almost all government departments and bureaus have been infected by the virus gloriaticus coruptus. Now the CA and supreme court justices want us to believe that they will overcome the disease. Not in this administration.

  11. No amount of covenants or public gimmicks can change the CA overnight or at all. If they want change, change the whole organization, get in new blood.

Pinas Supreme Court and its tributaries cannot “overcome” for as long as the justices are expected by the Pidals to pay Gloria for their appointments to positions.

“All for Gloria Arroyo”, that should be the more appropriate motto of the Supreme Court.

Whistle blower CA justice sabio was meted a very light penalty for his unethical behavior as a lawyer and jurist. In fact, they would like it to appear that what sabio did was commendable. The gravity of his unethical acts should have merited dismissal. Here is Jun Lozada who has risk life and limb to expose the gravity of corruption in the NBN-ZTE scam by gloria and her cabal. Yet the same court of appeals is not able to discern the truth from lies. They even have the temerity to not hear the testimonies of the government side but assumed that it is the truth. This very same government functionaries who abducted Jun Lozada could not even get their stories right in their testimonies in the senate. Leagogo, Maambong and Marella are blinded by their subservience to gloria. We ordinary people are able to see through all these and condemn their despicable kind of justice.

For three hours, the mobile phone of Court of Appeals Justice Vicente Roxas kept on ringing but the magistrate was not in the mood to answer the call. It was the afternoon of May 30, and the corporate war between the Lopez group and the Government Insurance System had just reached the CA. A raffle held earlier in the day had picked Roxas as the ponente of the case.

The caller ID displayed the name of a ranking government official, who is known to Roxas. He then received a text message with clear instructions: for him to decide in favor of GSIS over the Meralco case. The instruction, the text said, was from the First Gentleman Miguel “Mike” Arroyo. The text said this was “for the Filipino people.

“I should have accepted the call,” Roxas said, with a tinge of regret and partly in jest.

We interviewed Roxas Monday afternoon and asked him to confirm a report we gathered that Mr. Arroyo tried to reach him when the Meralco case landed on his lap. He hedged at first, but related the attempts to reach him through his mobile phone.

  15. chi chi

If that is true, why not show the text messages to the SC justices?

“for the Filipino people”, my foot! Since when the Arroyo-Pidal became concerned about the people’s well-being?

  16. bitchevil bitchevil

Tongue, I personally interviewed Justice Roxas…he, he.

Kidding aside, I got it from here:

About time the NPA and its other derivatives come and CHANGE all our courts with theirs.
For the time being, we will call those courts, Supreme Kangaroo Court of the New Philippines, Kangaroo Appeals Court,
Kangaroo Lower Courts. All death penalties are only appealable after executions.

  18. bitchevil bitchevil

The CA justices might as well sign a Covenant with the Devil addressed to Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and attested by Mike Pidal.

  19. The problem with Roxas, he has a notorious reputation.

  20. bitchevil bitchevil

Too bad, Roxas was even educated at Harvard and Georgetown.
