Hininto ng Korte Suprema ang pirmahan ng mga representatives ng pamahalaan ng Pilipinas at ng Moro Islamic Liberation Front ng napagkasunduan tungkol sa pagpatayo ng BangsaMoro Juridical Entity (BJE) na sana ay ngayong araw sa Kuala Lumpur.
Sa mga lumabas na dokumento ng agreement, maliban sa limang probinsya na kasama ngayon sa Autonomous Region for Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) -Maguindanao,Basilan, Lanao del Sur, Sulu , Tawi-tawi at marawi City, 712 pa na barangays sa lalawigan ng Sultan Kudarat, Lanao de Norte kasama ang 98 na barangay sa Zamboanga, at sobra isang daan na barangay sa North Cotabato and isasama sa BJE.
Kaya nagwawala ngayon si North Cotabato governor Manny Piñol at ang mga opisyal ng Zamboanga City. Hindi raw sila kinunsulta tapos pinamigay sa MILF ang kanilang mga barangay.
Sabi naman ni Press Secretary Jesus Dureza, magkakaroon ng plebiscite sa mga plugar na kasama doon sa ancestral doman agreement sa loob ng anim na buwan pagkatapos ng pirmahan ngayong araw. Ibig sabihin noon sa Enero 2008.
Pagkatapos ng plebiscite, magkakaroon ng bagong pirmahan sa Comprehensive Compact kung saan nakasaad na ang BJE ay magkarroon ng sariling pamahalaan, tao, teritoryo at maaari silang maki-pagusap sa ibang pamahalaan. Hindi pa klaro kung magkaroon sila ng sariling armed forces. Sa ngayon kasi may mga 10,000 na armadong MILF.
Kapag ganoon parang pinayagan na bagong bayan na ang BJE.
Siyempre labag yun sa Constitution dahil nakalagay doon na hindi pwedeng ipamigay ang teritoryo ng Pilipinas. Kaya, sabi ni dating AFP Chief of Staff Hermogenes Esperon na presidential adviser on the peace process ngayon ni Arroyo, kakailanganin palitan ang Constitution dahil magiging federal state ang BJE. Presidential system of government tayo. Para ma-implement ang kanilang napagkasunduan, kailangan magiging federal government tayo. Siguro ipasok nila ang parliamentary-federal system.
Marami ang nagsususpetsa na ginamit lang ni Arroyo ang MILF para maisulong ang charter change para may rason siya para manatili sa Malacañang.
Sabi ni Dureza, saka na lang daw asng Cha-Cha. Baka daw pagkatapos ng termino ni Arroyo sa 2010. Ibig sabihin noon , ang susunod na administrasyon.
Ay bakit niya isinusubo ang susunod na administrasyon? Ay kung ayaw ng susunod na administrasyon sa kanyang pinirmahan sa MILF?
Ito namang MILF, siyempre gusto nila si Gloria Arroyo ang kausap dahil mahina na lider, kaya nakukuha nila ang kanilang gusto. Sabi ng ng isang political analyst, sa binigay ni Arroyo sa MILF, maaari silang magpatayo ng sarili nilang bansa.
Sa pinaggagawa ni Arroyo at ng kanyang mga alalay, sa halip na peace. Baka war ang dahlin nitong kanialgn pinirmahan sa Mindanao.

The amendment to be sought through the PI will only cover one item in the Constitution, which is a change in a proviso which will require the Senate to vote jointly with the House of Representatives as one body on the issue of Congress calling for a constituent assembly in amending or revising the Constitution. Neat.

I have not heard of such abusive ambassador or the USA to Japan, for over here, when a US ambassador tries to act like how Kenny now abuses her position, you can bet your bottom dollar, people here will soon form a a 24-hour, 7 days a week and even 365 days a year protest rally in front of the US Embassy and consulates until the ugly American is recalled never to be welcome here again. That is why there are police sentry in front of the US Embassy here, and since the 9/11, body check, etc. there have become really cumbersome.
Buti na lang we have a visa waiver that we do not have to line up at the US Embassy to get a visa every time we go to the USA.

What I find unsettling is that we, the citizens of the Phils., do not seem to matter at all in this very important as well as historical event that could probably cause the dismemberment of a portion of the country for whatever interests of whomever. Dang, we’re not even informed what it’s all about. Not that I’m surprised Gloria’s government is hiding from us something very significant to our very existence as citizens of this blighted nation, but it is the fundamental responsibility of government to be deliberate, transparent, and any deal should be borne out of a decent consensus not on the mere say so of small fry in government.
The MILF is a widely-known terrorist group that has transformed from various names and forms, for decades it has KIDNAPPED a considerable portion of the south and for so long, was demanding for “ancestral land” as its RANSOM.
The official line “we don’t deal with terrorists” is therefore, officially, just one of the usual insincere, nah, hypocritical pronouncements emanating from Malacañang’s army of liars and lip servers. And with an eager and excited Ambassador Kenney standing behind the deal, it does not help in restoring America’s ugly foreign policy image that the terrorist-nemesis that is America is on call to support a “ransom” negotiation.

I know some people in Iligan, that this evilbitch claims to be second home, people who look at her as a traitor for selling out on them. People who believed her and even voted for her because they fell for her lies. My friends tell me Iligan City has more than 40 barangays, and that the biggest ones that will be included in BJE make up more than 3/4 of the city’s land area!
