One of the tallest in the group at five feet, six inches was Arlene Orejana, a psychology graduate of UP. The fourth of five girls, she was born in General Santos City and studied at the Mindanao State University before entering UP….
When the class of 1997 arrived at Fort Del Pilar, they were received by second class cadets belonging to the class of 1995. Cadet Antonio Trillanes IV was in charge of indoctrinating the newcomers on the Honor System in the Academy. Arlene Orejana thought he was cute! Leave it to the women to notice these things even during times of stress and pressure.
At any rate, to make the story short, love bloomed within the drab confines of Fort del Pilar. Regulations forbade special relationships between cadets but obviously whoever formulated those rules never fell in love or didn’t know the meaning of the word. I can almost picture a couple of places in the academy where Sonny Trillanes and Arlene violated regulations. But what the heck, love is what makes the world go ’round….
Pardon from evil is not a pardon! I agree. Furthermore, since evil bitch Gloria the whore of Malacanang is illegal, never been elected to office legally, in accordance to the rule of law, hence whore Gloria has no legal nor moral authority to give pardon to anyone.
The problem is when this evil bitch ends her illegal term in 2010, all her decisions during her administration become valid. For instance, if this Saludo who’s appointed by her to lead the Civil Service Commission doesn’t get confirmed by the Committee on Appointment, he could still continue his post for
long seven years. An illegal President’s acts are supposed to be illegal acts; but there’s such a thing as de-facto. Whether we like it or not, she’s the de-facto President.
This part of the article surely made me cry, tears of contempt for a lousy government run by a criminal more like.
I could not vote for Sonny Trillanes, but my Filipino staff could. They worked for his victory with my support and assistance. It was the least I could do to help.
Patalsikin na si Gloria, puede ba?! I really cannot understand how Filipinos can tolerate and allow this criminal to continue calling herself president! She should be sent to prison. Sobra namang matiisin!
Sonny and Arlene are a handsome couple and both intellectuals. The kids look very cute too. Sonny will definitely be on his way to be one of our future leaders. Huwag lang siyang sirain ng mga “sugong korte” ni evil bitch.
Sonny and Arlene, just hang in there. Justiis na lang muna kayo. Pushing for justice from the courts now is like “suntok sa buwan”. There is no real justice in the evil bitches’ regime. Her wish is their command.
It’s such a blessing that Mrs. Arlene Trillanes believes in the cause of her husband’s struggle despite the risks involved. That would be a real load off the senator’s mind. However, it’s also sad to hear that they lost what could have been another boy. Chances are, the miscarriage was most likely caused by extreme circumstances amid their complex life. And we all know who caused it. Gloria Arroyo and her lapdogs will be held responsible for that. Not to worry about the unborn baby. Heaven would have another voice to add in the halleluia chorus.
I believe 11 million Filipinos who voted for Sen. Trillanes is a gross underestimate. Not many people were aware of his candidacy. We could imagine how many more people could have voted for the senator if he were given a fair chance to actually campaign in the flesh! The results could have been a rout. A sweep in favor of the opposition candidates. The people really didn’t have to pardon the Magdalo. Most of the people at that time were unaware of the gravity of the issues raised by the Magdalo or to put it bluntly people were ignorant of the evils in the Arroyo administration. Me included. I asked myself now, “Why didn’t we come in droves to support the Oakwood protest?” (“mutiny” could not be the right word since the people in authority are not supposed to have been in authority in the first place.) It could have been a perfect timing, I thought. But no, I reckon there is something much better planned by our almighty God in bringing down this evil administration led by an evil person, Gloria Arroyo.
We should do what we can and God will do what we cannot. Rise up fellow bloggers. Keep the heat on any which way we can. The time is at hand.
I have just come across a blogger who calls himself/herself “xenocryst”. From this person’s point of view, we can discern that it’s either he or she benefits from this present administration or is extremely stupid. May I urge fellow bloggers at Ellen’s blog, not to waste time responding to this creature’s comments. If we do, it only brings him/her glee. I suggest we totally ignore comments coming from this person’s point of view. He/she could be planted by the enemy to divide us, first through our opinions and next, through the waste of our time. We should focus our time and effort in creative things things such as how to speed up in bringing down this evil and illegitimate administration. One simple way would be by sharing more and more people our sentiments towards this evil and ruthless administration. We cosolidate in mind and effort. This xenocryst may come by another name but when he/she does, we know what to do.
What a sweet story. Sonny and Arlene are a beautiful couple. The story gives a human face to that almost stoic look of the young senator. I like their love story, thanks to Mr. Farolan.

Yeah, the bitch is only acting like a compassionate god for pogi points to stay in power.
Love is lovelier when lovers unite for a great Cause!
May Sonny and his wife and majority of Filipinos’ stand obtain justice soonest! May the Truth prevail!
Let’s carry on our fight for Truth and Justice!

Yeah!
Yuck!
What Pardon? Bravehearted Sen. Trilliantes, unlike those other Magdalo soldiers who cowardly pleaded guilty, will never seek pardon from the MOST HATED WOMAN in the Philippines. He will instead ask for the removal or resignation of Gloria Devil to make way for freedom and liberty not for himself but for all the Filipinos who continue to suffer deteriorating life due to unhampered corruption and EVILution of our Justice System being perform by this Bogus President. Surely, Sen. Trilliantes someday will be free, be united with his family and will continue to serve the nation with honor and dignity.
We, the people, will set Sen. Trillanes free.
Tingnan mo ang katarantaduhan nitong si Siraulong secretary of injustice. Misuari was allowed bail but no bail for Trillanes.
Misuari has caused the death of many people. No blood was shed in Trillanes’ effort to bring truth to the public.
Para silang walang problema. Great photo of karmic souls.
The one who gave me the picture said it was taken during the senator’s birthday last year.
The latest photo posted in Ellen’s blog shows Sen. and Mrs. Trillanes happy together. It makes me happy to see both of them happy. Belated happy birthday, senator!
George, that was last year when he turned 36. As the picture shows, it’s August 6.
Thanks for the picture. As George said, it’s good to see them looking happy despite what they are going through. I can imagine the effect of pressure Arroyo’s persecution of the Senator is on the family. It’s inspiring to see them overcoming it.
