Airport camera shows PSG guy (Master Sergeat Bong Fantillanan) part of team that met Lozada.

The logbook at the Dignitaries Lounge of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport showed that members of the Presidential Security Group were in a car that picked up Rodolfo Noel Lozada Jr., witness in the Senate investigation into the national broadband network controversy, last week.
The same logbook also belied the statement of NAIA assistant general manager Angel Atutubo who claimed that he was in one of the service vehicles that had escorted Lozada out of the airport upon his arrival from Hong Kong.
These two things were pointed out by Senator Alan Peter Cayetano as he led the senators’ ocular inspection at the NAIA Thursday.
Cayetano is chairman of the blue ribbon, the lead committee looking into allegations of corruption in the scrapped $329 million NBN contract forged with China’s ZTE Corp.
The logbook also showed that the Toyota Altis, with plate number ZGJ 566, in which Lozada rode, was in a convoy that included a Ford Everest, with plate number WAA 525 and a Nissan Serena, with plate number ZLJ 839.
Another logbook, this time from the West Basement, did not indicate any PSG personnel but mentioned a “Cpl. [corporal] Ramilla” as among those who assisted Lozada.
Following are entries from the logbook at the Dignitaries Lounge Basement:
“1530 H Gray Corolla Altis plate no. ZCJ 556 park in on board PSG, going upstairs.
1623 H Ford Everest # WAA 525 and Nisssan Serena QRV-R # ZLJ 839 arrive on board General Atuttubo and all areas for Engr. Octavio F. Lina 7-6 at VIP room.
1650 H All service vehicles parked moved out upon arrival of VIP together with Atutubo.”
The entries on the West Basement logbook, on the other hand, note:
“1620 H Gen. Atutubo onboard with his svc. Vehicle w/ plt # WAA 525 pass thru, proceed c/in to dignitaries lounge w/ escort.
1630 H All areas Eng’r. Bing Lina here at and assist c/in by V.I.P. pax due by using elevator. 1648 H move out.
1650 H Gen. Atutubo, Eng’r. Lina and Cpl. Ramilla c/out here. They used the elevator to assist arrival pax to board vehicle plt. # ZCJ 556, and after a while they drove out also w/ their svc.”
Cayetano said he has requested for at least four logbooks to be presented at the Senate hearing Monday — the ones from the Dignitaries Lounge Basement, Basement Gate 1, the Baggage Build-Up Security, and the one used by personnel who issue access passes to people who fetch VIPs.
But NAIA general manager Alfonso Cusi said that the PSG note on the logbook did not necessarily mean that its members had picked up Lozada. He said that they would regularly go to the airport to pick up VIPs.
Cusi also identified Corporal Ramilla as an airport police whose presence at the time of Lozada’s arrival was part of his (Ramilla’s) regular job.
Cusi added that the vehicles mentioned in the logbook did not mean that these had been used to escort Lozada.
The logbook noted: “All service vehicles parked moved out upon arrival of VIP together with Atutubo.”
Aside from Cayetano, other senators who joined the ocular inspection at the NAIA were Senate President Manuel Villar and Senators Rodolfo Biazon and Gregorio Honasan.
If this doesn’t show that Malacanang is deeply involve in the Lozada’s abduction, I really don’t know what other evidences the other people are looking for? Very clear di ba? UNless, pumunta lang ang mga tiga PSG soon para mamasyal sa NAIA… trip lang kung baga…

In legal ways, dapat ang lahat ng nakasulat dito eh valid at nagpapatunay na nagkaroon ng transaction, obvious naman si Atutubo sa kanyang interpolation sa Senado. Bistado na eh hihirit pa, gustong gawing tanga ang taong-Bayan.
Ang hirap sa rehimeng ito, gusto nila ng pagbabago eh sila mismo ang pasaway at tisod sa tunay ng reporma. Gagawing pang sinungaling ang taong-Bayan at kita nýo naman ang babaw ng IQ ng mga iyan, ang gagaling maglubid at magtagni-tagni ng kasinungalingan.
Tama ang US FAA na punahin ang kapalpakan ng NAIA safety, bakit ka mo? kasi ganito yon, ang mga namumuno dito especially Mr. Cusi and Atutubo are NOT qualified in their posts dahil simpleng loogbook issue ang dami pang tetseburetse at palusot.
Ayaw pang aminin na kakutsaba sila ng Pidalismo regime, sayang General ang iyong natutuhan bilang agalad ng batas. Ngayon pa na senior citizen ka na eh dapat bigyan mo ng descency ang iyong buhay at NEVER na pagamit sa gobyernong ito.

I remember one of the officers involved in this abduction admitted himself that this kind of “special” treatment of fetching “VIPs,” who was supposedly under threat (that visibly irritated Villar), cannot be done without an order and/or request from above, but he failed to specified who.
Now, it is the duty and responsibility of these Senators to pursue finding out who this high and mighty is for public welfare and interest as stipulated by the law!!!
All these officers in fact have deliberately tried to obstruct justice when they tried to abduct or even “help” Lozada as they claim contrary to what he has testified under oath to stop him from appearing in the Senate where he is summoned to shed light on the statements given by previous witnesses on this scandal.

Maliwanag pa rito ang isang kanto na sigurong haba ng ilong ni Atutubo dahil sa kanyang pagsisinungaling sa Senado! Matatandaan ninyo sinabi niyang hindi siya kasamang nag-escort kay Lozada pero maliwanag sa logbook ng airport security na kasama siya.
Malacanang’s finger prints appear to be all over the crime scene, the PSG Chief should be invited in the next hearing to explain their presence there as stated in the logbook. Lozada asserts that one of those who took him said that he was to be turned over to the police. If Lozada is to be believed it was not the PNP that initially took custody over him. The logbook entry is proof that the PSG had been there at about the same time and therefore is another piece in the puzzle as to who really took Lozada. Only the extremely powerful and influential could have access to these restricted areas. The facts as they now stand points towards Malacanang. Its time they come out and explain what they did and why.

The more the Lozada kidnapping is being investigated, more things are being discovered involving Malacanang. At the same time, demolition job, harassment, lawsuits and charges are being thrown at Lozada. Many much bigger cases involving bigger personalities sitting at DOJ, NBI and Ombudsman’s offices are still not acted; and here is Lozada whose crimes, if there is any, are so small and insignificant. Folks, there’s no turning back. Only Revolution is the answer!

Lozada was clear in his testimony that it couldn’t be the PNP that kidnapped him. Those were soldiers. Dahil narinig niya sa kanila na ibibigay na siya sa Pulis when they decided to bring him back to Manila. The soldiers could be from PSG. PSG is from Malacanang. Malacanang is GMA and Mike Pidal. Isn’t this logical?
Lumabas din and katotohanan. A general (Atutubo) and presidential security are involved in a low key person like Lozada going through all highly secured and forbidden areas in an international airport.
The President was using its own security to prevent a low key witness from appearing in the Senate.
Alas versus Dos. In this case, the card 2 (Lozada) will beat the ace (president).

It is a good thing matalino itong si Lozada. Inspite of all the chaos, he was able to remember the car he was put in, the communication system the abductors were using, what the conversations were etc…He was very keen!
