Ang nangyari kay Rodolfo “Jun” Noel Lozada, presidente ng Philippine Forest Corporation, na kinidnap ng mga tauhan ni Gloria Arroyo noong Martes nang siya ay dumating galing London ay dapat maging leksyon sa marami pang may alam tungkol sa mga krimen na sangkot ang pamilyang Arroyo.
Habang tinatago nyo ang inyong alam, may motibo silang takutin, pahirapan at saktan kayo at ang inyong mga mahal sa buhay. Hindi kayo magiging safe kung makipag-tulungan kayo sa kanila.

Alam naman natin kung bakit nila kinidnap si Lozada. Ito ay para hindi ma-aresto ng mga Senate sergeant-at-arms na naghihintay kasama si Sen. Benigno Aquino III doon sa airport. May warrant ang Senado kay Lozada dahil sa hindi pagsipot niya noong isang linggo sa Senado sa imbestigasyon ng NBN/ZTE.
Matalik na kaibigan ni Romy Neri, dating director-general ng National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) na siyang nag-aprub ng NBN/ZTE deal na lomobo ang presyo mula $129 milyon sa $329 milyon dahil sa mga komisyon ng mga malalapit kay Gloria Arroyo. Kasama sa transaksyon si Mike Arroyo na dinuro-doro pa si Joey de Venecia, anak ni dating House Speaker Jose de Venecia, nang ito ay hindi pumayag sa garapal na deal.
Maraming alam si Lozada kaya ayaw ng Malacañang humarap siya a Senado. Kaya siya biglang pinapunta ni Environment Secretary Lito Atienza sa London noong Miyerkoles, para maka-iwas. Hindi naman siya habambuhay doon sa London at nandito ang pamilya kaya siya umuwi. Kinidnap naman siya sa airport.
Parang Ninoy Aquino ang operasyon. Kinuha siya mismo sa eroplano nina Angel Atutubo, assistant general manager for Security and Emergency Services (AGM-SES) ng Ninoy Aquino International Airportof the NAIA at SPO4 Roger Valerozo.
Tarantang-taranta ang kanyang pamilya at nakikiusap ang kanyang asawa at kapatid na ibalik na nila si Lozada. Buong gabing hawak ng mga pulis si Lozada. Huwag tayong magtaka kung may magic na affidavit na yan na pinirmahan kapag nilabas na siya.
Mahilig mag-akusa itong mga PNP ng obstruction of justice. Sa pagkidnap nila kay Lozada para hindi makaharap sa Senado na nag-iimbistiga ng kurakutan sa NBN/ZTE deal, sino ngayon ang balakid sa hustisya?

He also confirmed meeting with Abalos and FG in Makati Shangri-La where Abalos told Arroyo, “OK na, OK na kami nina Joey.”
Lozada also said Abalos decided to go it by his lonesome and scrapped the idea of partnering with JDV3 and at the time, the project was BOT at $262M. The agreement signed by GMA in China was G2G loan at $329M.

As I had earlier said, magpapapirma lang ang mga DOROBO ng mga papel and they would let him go.
