Danny Lim, Col.

“Amnesty Me” nga ang tawag naming dito.

May mali yata diyan.

Ito ang sabi ni Parañaque Rep.Roilo Golez: “It’s the executive branch, not Congress, that must initiate an amnesty through an Amnesty Proclamation. Then it will go through a debate in Congress. A concurring resolution must be approved by both Houses.
“Even if the amnesty proclamation is concurred in, amnesty is not automatically granted. One must apply, through an amnesty commission, admit having committed an act covered by the Amnesty Commission.

“That’s where I expect a logjam.Would someone like Sen. Trillanes apply for an amnesty, thereby admitting the commission of a crime? In the case of former President Erap, the decision of the court will most likely come before the amnesty proclamation would be concurred in by Congress. And I don’t know if the former President would apply for an amnesty.”

Jinggoy Estrada.

As if we have not learned our lesson. Anything that comes from JDV and Malacanang should not be taken as biblical truth.
No matter how good it looks and sounds, we should not trust their words. There’s always hidden motive and agenda behind every announcement they make. Why listen to these liars?

Wow ha, police brutality pa ang tactic. Tarantado din iyong judge ha? Para lumambot ang word na ginamit? Ano iyan? Torture! Bawal iyan legally speaking.

For all these injustices, sinong gaganahang umuwi sa Pilipinas? Por dies por singko!

Nakakawalang pag-asa na talaga ang ating gobyerno. Am here in the US for a temporary visa but then naiisip ko nang huwag umuwi dahil sa mga kapalaluan ng ating mga pulitikong gahaman. JDvenecia is nothing but a loyalist of Gloria, the thief, the liar and the cheater. Sinong gagaguhin niya?? Mga kababayan, gising na!!! Huwag paulol sa mga kampon ng kasamaan. After all the mesh they have done to our constitution, to our democracy and to our people and country, papayagan ba nating takasan nila ang ang kanilang mga kasalanan??? Gloria and her mga tuta, aso, baboy at, mga kababuyan ay hindi dapat patawarin. Prosecute them, hang them and let them pay the price. To hell with them!!!

Brenda said the idea of amnesty for all is oxymoronic. Hibang talaga sila. Fujimori of Peru ay tumakbo sa Japan as fugitive.

Off topic. Just read an article about the wife of the cheat of staff. She raised her voice in church because a name of one of the dead soldiers was not included in the mass intention unless she paid 50 pesos. Then she went on to say that she is really spending her own money to help the soldiers with their treatment and medicines. She also denied that she was a reason for the resignation of one of the officers in the hospital.

Based on info that I gathered from some of the staff of the V Luna Hospital, she is not only loud, bossy but she is making a lot of money from contracts made with the hospital on medicines, equipments and services. Anyone attached to asspweron unfortunately does not give a positive aura to me!

Sabi ko na nga doon sa isang thread na kaya kinampihan ni Jinggoy si Mikey at Iggy as energy and natural resources chairs, respectively, is because of this “amnesty me”.

Lim, Cols.Querubin and Parcon and other “Men of Honor”, hinding-hindi nila mauuto at magugulangan ang mga ito.

  13. parasabayan parasabayan

Sinabi mo pa Chi, our “Men of Honor” will not fall to the trap of the tiyanak and the tengang daga. It is very obvious that this “amnesty” is designed for those who have committed crimes in this regime. Can you just imagine tiyanak, assperon and all their minions enjoying the money they stole from our country and acting like they never killed the almost thousand militants plus the dozens of soldiers who got killed most recently?

    under the revised penal code:
    amnesty covers crimes such as subversion, rebellion, sedition, illegal possession of firearms, and such other offenses affecting public order and the national security penalized by the Revised Penal Code or special laws;

where is “plunder” ? why JDV included such crime under his “all-encompassing amnesty” program?

the literal answer i can give is, because evil gloria herself is the “plunderer” and not erap !

  15. AK-47 AK-47

in the case of “rebellion”, there was no such crime committed by the magdalo groups and those encarcerated 28 men of valor officers.

gloria, persecute your ownself and proceed to the gallows now !

You bet. Ang ginawa nila, more like insubordination gaya ng ginawa ng mga sundalo sa Israel na hindi ikinukulong. May disciplinary action but not treated as criminal especially when they are justified to defy a criminal who has committed so many crimes against the Philippines and its people, and if she is not legally held responsible yet for her crimes is because she has managed to put hers and her husband’s friends in the agencies that should have been arresting and putting her, her husband and partners in crime to jail.

Jinggoy and JV are different apart. JV is more decent, intelligent, calmer than Jinggoy who’s hot tempered and arrogant. I heard a story one time when Jinggoy was in a flght and he went to the washroom to smoke. The PAL flight stewardess reminded him it was not allowed. Jinggoy angrily snapped back saying “Don’t you know me? I’m the son of the President”. For some reason, the stewardess did not stop him and the guy went on to smoke inside the CR. His younger brother Jude is another bad boy. One time he used the presidential plane with a bunch of PSG security to fly to one popular hotel in the south. When his father, then President Estrada, learned about this, he immediately ordered his son to come back home with the presidential plane. I remember that was played in media and unlike this current unashamed evil occupant of Malacanang, Estrada was sensitive to media and public criticism against his family’s wrong doings.

    AK-47,
Rebellion, sedition, coup d’etat, mutiny also applies to Gloria, Davide, her Generals, elitist civil society and also the left when they cospired to dislodge Erap from his throne and forced us to accepting this ungrown unpresidential usurper.

    chi,
If you have the means, get yourself Wells Fargo (WFC) right now! Also, Bank of America (BAC). The banks are the safest stocks in these times. My alarms are going crazy for these two. All the other alarms are for the sliders, all red! Nakakataranta.

  25. Thanks TT for the tip on WFC. I have stocks in other mutual funds, and I’m watching carefully the trend.

Tama yung ginawa mo. Pero ayoko ng mutual funds, e. I’d rather lose because of my own doing not by some fund manager but kailangan tutok. Wala na ngang tulugan e.

The other day, I predicted in this blog of a selloff. It happened, -4% sa Manila on Wednesday, kahapon -6%. Sa Nasdaq, last week pa ako nag-out.

    goji,
you can start trading online with only $2000. Try TD Ameritrade in Yahoo Finance. $1 per transaction. Unlike brokers who charge 2% – 5% per.

Bago tayo mapagalitan, back to topic. Walang kumakagat sa amnesty ni JDV. Pati sila Gen. Miranda hindi bilib. Idetalye niya muna.

  28. goji goji

Online trading or inside trading whatever you call it is also risky. I know of people who got burned with that. But thanks for the suggestion anyway, Tongue.

Did you guys hear that Atong Ang might be leaving for Cambodia to work as gaming consultant in a company based there? He might already be there. Doesn’t he have pending case in court? How and why was he allowed to leave?

  29. parasabayan parasabayan

Goji, hindi na tinatanong yan? Si Ang ay lumaya na, di ba? I wonder kung magkano ang bayad ng testimony niya against Erap?

  30. goji goji

Parasabayan, I’m not sure if Ang is a free man right now. He could have posted bail and the case is still pending. Ellen can help us on this…

  31. Mrivera Mrivera

  32. goji goji

That’s what I mean, Mrivera. Since Atong posted bail he still has pending case. If his case has been dismissed or he’s acquitted, then his bail shall be lifted and he’s a free man.
Parasabayan thinks Ang is now totally free which I don’t think so.

  33. rose rose

Tama si Apostol “no right thinking president..” kaso lang si GMA ay hindi tunay na presidente..pang gulo yes.. so how can she be thinking right? We have heard her say a million times (kung pera lang ang mga kasinungalingan niya ay first world na ang Pilipinas) “I have a lapse of memory” “I have a lapse of judgment”..when you keep forgetting hindi lang lapse of memory…state of amnesia na nga . so how can you be thinking right? at ito ang valedictorian ng Assumption? With due apologies to a cousin who was her classmate from kinder to college..siya ang pinakamahusay sa inyo?..hindi kayo na insulto? I hope your school will not give her an award na “bugal kang Assumption” salamat hindi siya taga Antique at hindi siya nabigyan ng “bugal kang Antique.” Kung sabagay may mga exclusive catholic schools na perahan and pera is the thing..and not academic excellence.. Good grief!

  34. TonGuE-tWisTeD TonGuE-tWisTeD

No, Atong has pleaded guilty to a lesser crime of conspiring to commit bribery yata yun. That was a plea bargain. He has technically served his jail term while he was hearing his case. And he has paid the P25M fine.

    Kalokohan!

  35. goji goji

If that’s the case Tongue, then Atong is now as free as a bird. It was this guy who had a feud against Chavit on the number game. Estrada was caught in between their fight. Estrada ended up in jail while the other two are free. What the hell is the kind of justice we have?

Amnesty, another form of railroading, to free themself from persecutions of public domains, from their crimes they committed, their times are getting closer for an exit, so they have to pave a path for an exit w/o hustle from prosecutions.Logically current administration are the number one Enemy of the state, since extra constitutional means idiotic moves of EDSA2,to installed a big flopper of Sayantist of Economic president, with the blessing of amnestiatic religious leaders, elite of boys club of MAKATI,and stars hungry uniformed service personnels.Once Amnesties for all are passed by lower house, these are not for mutineers or rebels(left or right),it’s for them for a future use,on legal defenses of criminal prosecutions.

  38. Mrivera Mrivera

    goji,

  39. goji goji

That’s right, Mrivera. To think that it was Atong who started all the mess with Singson and then Estrada was caught in between two evils. Estrada is now in jail while the two main culprits are very free. But my understanding of bail is a temporary release or freedom while the case is pending. Atong cannot be 100% free unless his bail bond is lifted. I have not heard that it has been lifted. Same is true with Jinggoy who bailed out. That doesn’t mean Jinggoy is 100% free. If he’s later convicted of his crime, then he can be back to jail. Question is how now that he’s a senator? Is he joining Trillanes in the cell?
