With the Comelec total count as of June 1 as basis and with the available data we already have for Basilan, Lanao Sur and Norte, Sultan Kudarat, Surigao Norte, Caloocan City and North Cotabato, ecluging only Maguindanao where we don’t have current data, Trillanes is safe at no. 11 with 11,056,608 votes.
He is over Pimentel , number 12, by 232, 794, Zubiri, number 13 by 360,234 and Recto, no, 14 by 646,152.
Even if Trillanes gets zero in Maguindanao which has 337,108 registered voters he is still no. 11 or worse no, 12.
We are confident that even with O vote in Maguindanao, we still lead Zubiri by 300,000 votes.
Hope springs eternal for Goria Arroyo’s Team Unity Miguel Zubiri and Ralph Recto.
Which makes one wonder, are they up to something? Will they be doing more COC buying? Would Recto summon the turtles who voted for him in 2001 to crawl and be counted again? Or is it just the operators’ (Gabby Claudio, Relli German, Ben Evardone, Tonypet Albano) hollow cry to justify the million, possibly billions, that they spent. Or supposedly spent.
Inquirer’s report: Facing defeat in the senatorial race, the administration’s Team Unity (TU) is pinning its hopes on less than two million votes from six provinces in Mindanao that have yet to be canvassed to push Miguel Zubiri and Ralph Recto into the Magic 12.
The provinces are Basilan, Lanao del Sur, Lanao del Norte, Maguindanao, Sultan Kudarat and Surigao del Norte. Fraud allegedly attended the elections in these areas.
“We are praying and hoping that Recto and Zubiri can get enough votes there so they can make it [to the Top 12],” TU lawyer Romulo Macalintal told the Philippine Daily Inquirer by phone Sunday. Click here for full report.

And all along, Gloria is in denial and her TU is in denial because it’s according to their plan with COMELEC’s collaboration.
I believe that it’s more of a hollow cry. Sa millions/billions of pesos na ginastos nila at tapos ay bokya lang ang kinalabasan ng kanilang mga TUTA, they should have something to get them through the saddest days of their lives, even if it is only an illusion!

TU’s operators cite the Pulse Asia/ABS-CBN poll which included Zubiri and recto in the Magic 12.
That poll did not include the “cayetano” votes as per order of Comeled and DepEd. Apparently the teachers defied Abalos and Jesli Lapus and heeded Alan Cayetano’s appeal. That’s why Cayetano is in hte Magic 12. Rightfully.
Pulse Asia has said that because of the margin of error those in the 12, 13, 15 are vying with the last three slots.
In fact, in that ext poll, Trillanes was number 9.

Who’s in charge of TU’s campaign funds? The usual suspects may have pocketed or shaved campaign funds. Jose Pidal and Gloria had gone berserk why her TUTA got clobbered nationwide despite of sky the limit funding. Somebody may have profited big time from TU funds. Their dream to win in Mindanao is shattered as the votes in Lanao del Sur is being protested in Iligan City where the provincial canvassing is being held. The people rallied with lighted candles in manifestation of their indignation upon learning that as argued by a GO lawyer, the seals containing the COCs were destroyed and that some of the votes were clearly altered and the figures did not match those in the COCs of Namfrel-PPCRV.

I have afeeling though that although the men in uniform were used in the special elections, these soldiers were vigilant in watching over the votes. Pakyaw was duped by Gloria’s operators. Pumayag ba naman siyang mag-abono at reimbursement na lang daw to the last cent. And when the operators sensed that he’d lose the election, they cut the phone lines and Pakyaw never heard from them again! Well, it was a lesson na huwag tatanga-tanga lalo na at ang mga kausap ay grupo operators ni Gloria! Ang laki ng kinita nila kay Pakyaw!

With a whopping eleven million plus votes, there’s really something to this votes entrusted to Trillanes who campaigned behind bars and without money to spend. Whether he will be proclaimed is a 64 dollar question but the message has already been clearly delivered by the electorate. Mama mia, eleven million votes is eleven million which ten TU candidates, moneyed and free to campaign around with the backing of a much vaunted political machinery of the administration failed to achieve.
The question is, does this mean that the people want to support a military takeover of government? It could be if they will block the proclamation of Trillanes as a duly elected senator of the Republic of the Philippines.
The fact is and always was that the fastest way to undo the soiled & damaged institutions is for the government to be taken over which will result in All these mental defectives playing at being our leaders. What is uncertain is; if it will become bloody. But with a mental retard in charge do we have an alternative – worse is yet to come!
When a fisherman using a rod catches a fish and places it in his net, if that fish he caught is about to jump back into the ocean, to be a sportsman does he allow the fish to escape, or does he knock the fish on the head to keep it caught and under his control.
